Why is online coaching better than online programs or even in person training?

Online Coaching: gives you a personalized program based off of your goals, available equipment, and can be done at any time during the day. You also have access to your coach 24/7 unlike the other two choices.


In person training: consists of a few sessions a week where you are taken through a workout for an hour. There is no coaching outside of your session which means you have to build those healthy habits by yourself, which can make or break your fitness journey. It also is inconvenient for most peoples schedule

I don't really like dieting hard or a lot of exercise, is there options for me?

Yes there are options for you. 

While we believe that yes, there is a time and a place for hard core diets and 5-6x harder training sessions a week, that is NOT for the majority of people.


If you are looking to lose weight, become more flexible, improve mobility, or even build muscle mass you can achieve this through our ManeMuscle system. 


We focus on Protein, smart food choices, lifestyle changes, sleep, and building healthy habits that lead to lasting results. 


If you want to look good, feel good, and be healthier overall for the remainder of your life, YOU NEED HEALTHY HABITS. 

Is there a contract?

We do have a 3 month commitment but it's not for us, it's for you. 

One thing we care deeply about is YOU

It takes an average of 2-3 months to build a new habit...

So if you only went through one month of coaching you wouldn't be getting the most out of it, and we want you to have a success.

Do you offer meal plans?

At this point in time, We do not offer specific meal plans.

However, our coaches offer nutritional guidance and advice. We can provide you with sample grocery lists, how to find and track macros, help making smart food choices, etc! 

So while you won't be getting a specific plan, you are being coached on the nutrition side. 

How will I be given a coach and my program?

Once you decide to take the next step and purchase coaching, you will be scheduled for our New Client Onboarding Call. 

This phone call is no more than 15 minutes and there you will go through some questions with your coach and get set up on our training app. 

On the training app you will have:

Workouts (options to film your form for your coach)

place to track progress (Weight, progress pictures, Etc) 

Nutrition tracking (if advised by coach)

Messaging with coach
